Our guarantee is simple. In the unlikely event the product is defective or damaged when you receive it, hold on to all the packaging materials, contact us (include photos) and we will correct or replace it. Your satisfaction is our priority.

If the product doesn't meet your expectations and you wish to return it, contact us for a Return Authorization. Then repack it in the same way and packaging that it arrived in, and return it to us within 30 days of shipment, in salable condition.

1. If it was sent via parcel service (UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service) we will arrange for it to be picked up and we will promptly refund 100% of your money including ground shipping when we receive it.

2. For large models that are sent via door-to-door freight we will promptly refund 100% of the sales price once we receive it, provided it is in salable condition. You will be responsible for freight each way.
